The idea of creating the Association

Mr. Khlyapov is a successful Ukrainian entrepreneur who has made a significant contribution to the development of the financial industry in Ukraine. He is a co-founder and shareholder of a number of companies, including PJSC AMC National Reserve, IQ Finance LLC, Tour de Finance LLC, and Pension Reserve Administrator LLC. His expertise includes strategic planning, investments, financial instruments and asset management.
